Partners have agreed to co-operate and work together to improve outcomes for all children, young people and their families in Poole.
The new Memorandum of Agreement has been developed to promote co-operation between partner agencies and how we will work together to achieve the aims of the Poole Children's Trust.
The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by John McBride, Chief Executive, Borough of Poole and by the Children's Trust partners. The Agreement sets out the governance, membership and accountability of the Children's Trust.

Poole Children's Trust Governance Board is responsible for the actions and priorities in the Children and Young People's Plan. All partners have agreed key strategic actions and who will be responsible for them.
