Family information Services help families and people working with them find appropriate services for their needs.

These organisations include: leisure, sport and health, to name but a few. The Family Information Service is the hub of information meeting the Information, Advice and Assistance Duty under Section 12 of the Childcare Act 2006.

The Children and Young People's Plan tells you how we will help make things better for Children and Young People in Poole. We have written a summary for Parents and Carers which highlights key outcomes of the plan

The government requires key services to work together as a Children's Trust. We work to support the five 'Every Child Matters' outcomes.

They are:
