Welcome to Poole Children's Trust

Poole Children's Trust provides strategic leadership and direction to all partner agencies which support children, young people and their families locally.

This website is based on our Children and Young People's Plan 2009 - 2012 and provides information about supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential.

Poole Children's Trust partners are commited to achieving real change and improvements in the lives of children, young people and their families in Poole. We consult with children, young people, parents, carers and partners. It is important to the trust to have feedback and this is used to help prioritise our work.

I Can! We Can!

The Children and Young People's Plan tells you how we will help make things better for Children and Young People in Poole.

We have created a summary of the plan for Parents and Carers and a version for Children and Young People.

If you are a child or young person, Poole Children and Young People's Plan is all about you!

The plan shows what services in Poole are doing to help you make the most of who you are and to help you when you need it.

The plan can help you to:

The I Can! We Can! campaign is to help you find out more and you can get free stickers & wristbands too.

See how you can collect a different sticker every week and if you collect all 6 stickers, the first 5000 children and young people can get a wristband.

You can get stickers and wristbands from your school, your local library, your local Children's Centre or your local Youth Project.

The Children's Trust Shadow Board suggested the stickers were a good way to let the children and young people to know what is happening for them in Poole. The stickers and posters campaign was designed and developed with the support of the Shadow Board.
